Apricot and Vanilla Jam with Thermomix
The perfect apricot and vanilla jam with thermomix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1100 g Apricots
- 2 Pc. Vanilla pods
- 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- 2 Pc. Lemons, the juice of them
- 2 cl Amaretto
- Quarter the washed and pitted apricots and place in the mixing bowl. Puree for approx. 30 seconds / at level 10. Slit open the vanilla pods lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Add together with the preserving sugar and lemon juice.
- Cook for 14 minutes at 100 degrees on level Put the cooking basket on top as a splash guard. Finally add the amaretto. Mix for 10 seconds on level 5.
- After the jelly test, pour the jam into prepared jars and close tightly.
