Apricot Jam with Lime Aardbei and Honey

The perfect apricot jam with lime aardbei and honey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Apricots
  • 40 cl Lime aardbei
  • 500 g Preserving sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honey liquid
  1. Wash, stone and quarter the apricots. Put everything in a bowl, close it and put it in the fridge for about 3 hours. Then put the mixture in a saucepan and bring to a boil. When it is boiling, take back the flame and let simmer for another 4 minutes. Filling exactly as with the cherry jam, in clean and preheated jars, closing and also for 15 minutes over the head. Then the jars are closed and can be put in the pantry. As always, it’s all a question of taste, but still have fun cooking.
