Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g apricot(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 50 g yogurt
- 200 ml milk
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- e.g. sugar or agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash, halve, and pit the apricots. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend the fruit with the milk, lemon juice, and yogurt. Season with agave syrup or sugar to taste. Pour into glasses and serve.
