Greek-style apricot honey yogurt

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 450 g cream yogurt, Greek
  • 40 g honey, optionalmore
  • 200 g apricot(s), fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the Greek yogurt with the honey until smooth. Wash, halve, pit, and finely chop the apricots. Mix the yogurt with the apricots and serve in glasses or bowls.
