Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 450 g cream yogurt, Greek
- 40 g honey, optionalmore
- 200 g apricot(s), fresh

Blend the Greek yogurt with the honey until smooth. Wash, halve, pit, and finely chop the apricots. Mix the yogurt with the apricots and serve in glasses or bowls.
