Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g mango(s) (fresh mango pulp)
- 30 g spinach (baby spinach, organic)
- ½ banana(s)
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml coconut water, possibly more
- 100 ml orange juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Roughly dice the mango flesh. Sort and wash the spinach, and drain well. Blend both together with the banana, coconut milk, coconut water, and orange juice in a blender. Serve chilled.
