Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 cup of yogurt, 1%
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ kg apricots

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Whisk the egg yolks, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Slowly add the oil, stir in the flour and baking powder mixture, and fold in the egg whites. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and top with the washed and halved apricots (and the plums, too). Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes, let cool, and sprinkle with sugar.
