Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
- 300 g sugar
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 can apricot(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine egg yolks, butter, quark, sugar, pudding powder, and baking powder. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour half of the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Cut the apricots into strips, arrange them on top, and spread the remaining half of the batter on top. Bake at 180°C (preheated) for about 1 hour.
