Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g apricot(s), dried
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 g butter, soft
- 200 g almonds, chopped
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with chopped almonds. Makes about 40 pieces
Finely chop the dried apricots and combine all the ingredients to form a smooth dough. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line two baking sheets with baking paper and, using a small spoon, form 20 medium-sized heaps of cookies onto each sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
