Apricot Dessert Low Carb

The perfect apricot dessert low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 100 g Yogurt
  • Sweetener
  • 7 g Chia seeds
  • 100 g Apricots without peel / core
  1. Mix the mascarpone with the egg well.
  2. Mix yoghurt with chia seeds and add sweetener to taste.
  3. Cut the apricots into small pieces except for 2 pieces.
  4. 2 Prepare dessert bowls.
  5. Fill the center of the yoghurt cream.
  6. Spread the finely chopped peach pieces around it and place large pieces in the middle.
