Apricot Dessert Low Carb

- 250 g Mascarpone
- 1 piece Egg
- 100 g Yogurt
- Sweetener
- 7 g Chia seeds
- 100 g Apricots without peel / core
- Mix the mascarpone with the egg well.
- Mix yoghurt with chia seeds and add sweetener to taste.
- Cut the apricots into small pieces except for 2 pieces.
- 2 Prepare dessert bowls.
- Fill the center of the yoghurt cream.
- Spread the finely chopped peach pieces around it and place large pieces in the middle.
