Mango and Mint Dessert Cups Low Carb

The perfect mango and mint dessert cups low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Mango pulp
  • 6 large leaves Mint
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Xucker
  • 1 el Chia seeds
  1. 4 already place small dessert cups.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with xucker, chia seeds and sour cream.
  3. Peel and core the mango.
  4. Puree with mint leaves.
  5. Now alternately pour into the dessert cups.
  6. Put in the fridge and let it soak briefly.
