Mango and Mint Dessert Cups Low Carb

- 200 g Mango pulp
- 6 large leaves Mint
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 200 g Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Xucker
- 1 el Chia seeds
- 4 already place small dessert cups.
- Mix the yoghurt with xucker, chia seeds and sour cream.
- Peel and core the mango.
- Puree with mint leaves.
- Now alternately pour into the dessert cups.
- Put in the fridge and let it soak briefly.
