Ingredients
- 5 g Finesse natural bourbon vanilla flavor liquid
- 125 g Milk
- 125 g Cream
- 40 g Butter
- 2 g Eggs
- 20 g Coconut flour
- 4 piece Dark chocolate decoration
- Sweetener
Instructions
- Put vanilla flavor milk, cream and sweetener in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer
- remove from the stove
- Let the butter melt in a saucepan and mix it with coconut flour like roux
- Pour in the milk mixture and simmer until it becomes thicker
- Then take it off the stove and let it cool down a bit.
- Separate eggs.
- Stir the egg yolks into the cream.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
- Fill the cream into 4 small dessert cups and put the dark chocolate decoration on top.
- Can be enjoyed warm and cold
