Apricot dip with curry

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g soft apricots
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Salt
  • possibly honey, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the apricots finely in a blender. Combine the remaining ingredients, add the apricots, and mix. Sweeten with honey if desired. The dip will keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
