Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g whipped cream, ice-cold
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 460 g white wine
  • 200 g egg liqueur
  • 340 g passion fruit juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chill the mixing bowl with cold water and chill the stirrers in it. Preheat large glasses with hot water. Heat the juice, wine, and liqueur in a saucepan and pour into the preheated glasses. Then add the cream, cream stabilizer, and vanilla sugar to the chilled bowl and whip until stiff. Spoon the cream over the drink and serve quickly.
