Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g apricots
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 ½ tbsp apple syrup
- ¼ lemon(s), untreated, zest
- 1 pinch Cinnamon powder (Ceylon cinnamon)
- 1 tbsp, heaped agar-agar
- n. B. ginger powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
sweetened with apple syrup
Wash the apricots, remove the stones, and finely dice the flesh. Sauté the apricot cubes in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water until soft. Then stir in the lemon zest, cinnamon, optionally a pinch of ginger powder, and the agar-agar. Heat everything briefly again while still hot, then pour into a jar, seal, and let cool. It will keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
