Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apricot(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar
  • 6 tbsp apricot schnapps

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 19 minutes

Wash, dry, pit, and quarter the apricots. Mix with the gelling sugar, cover, and let stand for 24 hours. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the apricot brandy. Pour into the prepared jars and seal tightly.
