Apricot, Peach, Ginger and Chilli Jam

The perfect apricot, peach, ginger and chilli jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Apricots
  • 250 g Vineyard peaches *)
  • 3 St. Small dried red chili peppers
  • 2 St. Ginger, about 2 cm
  • 1 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 1 St. Organic lemon, juice and zest
  1. Cut the fruits into small pieces, put them in a high saucepan and stir with the preserving sugar. *) Vineyard peaches are these small peaches with the white pulp! Something delicious, have a really great aroma.
  2. Add chili peppers, lemon juice and zest.
  3. Cook for about 10 minutes. Make a gel test.
  4. Pour into the prepared glasses and drizzle with a KL rum. Close the jars well and turn them upside down for about 5 minutes. Then label and decorate it nicely in the pantry or as a small souvenir or gift.
