Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 60 g apricot(s), dried
- orange juice
- curry
- 100 g sour cream
- 50 g mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes
cold sauce for meat
Pour the orange juice over the apricots in a tall blender until they are covered. Let them soak for at least 6 hours. Purée with a hand blender. Season with curry. Stir in the sour cream and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Goes well with cold smoked pork or turkey breast.
