Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g quark
- 4 eggs
- 400 g flour
- 8 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Raisins
- Sugar, for rolling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine sugar, quark, and eggs. Stir in the flour. Mix the milk and baking soda. Stir into the batter. Wash the raisins and stir into the batter. Fry the batter a teaspoon at a time in hot oil. Roll the puff pastry in sugar while still hot.
