Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Sour cherries, pitted, frozen
  • 30 g Milka dark chocolate
  • 2 Eggs size S.
  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 60 g Flour
  • 0,25 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0,25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 50 Milliliters Milk
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Defrost and drain the cherries. Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath and let it cool down.
  • Mix the eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Finally stir in milk and chocolate one after the other.
  • 4 Grease heart shapes (or muffin shapes). Fill the molds one third with batter. Spread the cherries on top. Put the rest of the dough on top and smooth it out.
  • Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes (chopsticks test). Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • Fall out of the molds and place on dessert plates. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish to your liking.
