Apricots, nectarines and strawberries in honey and quark sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 small apricots or 1 large
  • 2 nectarines
  • 10 large strawberries
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 5 tbsp milk, maybe a little more
  • 2 tbsp honey, more if desired
  • 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped, n. B.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the fruit. Remove the stems from the strawberries and quarter them. Split the nectarines and apricots, then remove the stones and dice them. Mix the quark, milk, and honey. If it’s not quite runny enough, add a little more milk. If it’s not sweet enough, add a little more honey. Mix the fruit with the sauce and pour into serving bowls. If you like, sprinkle the pistachios on top.
