Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,300 g chicken (corn-fed chicken)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp spice mix, Arabic (Baharat)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 25 ml oil
- Salt
- Oil for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Carve the chicken and place it bone-side down on an oiled baking sheet. Mix all the remaining ingredients and rub the chicken into the skin. Cook in the hot oven for approximately 40 minutes.
