Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g quark
- n. B. Sugar (alternatively sweetener)
- 2 tsp rum
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 150 ml cream or Cremefine for whipping
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (preferably Bourbon vanilla)
- ½ pack of cream stiffener

Quark with coffee and rum, quickly prepared, refreshing and light
Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer. Whip the quark with the rum, sugar, vanilla sugar, and coffee powder in a blender or with an immersion blender until the coffee has dissolved, then fold in the cream. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. You can also (for a slimming effect) omit the cream and cream stabilizer altogether and use the same amount of milk instead; then all ingredients are blended together evenly.
