Cinnamon curd with pineapple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • Honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 can/n pineapple (in pieces) or other fruit
  • Sesame or
  • Flaxseed or
  • Almond(s), chopped
  • vanilla sugar
  • Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the quark and cinnamon. Sweeten to taste. Then serve. Fill dessert bowls with pineapple (or other fruit), pour over the cinnamon quark, and sprinkle with cinnamon seeds, if desired.
