Arabic herb omelet

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • ½ bunch coriander
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 shot of milk
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and chop the herbs. Crack the three eggs, whisk with a splash of milk, season, and stir in the herbs. Melt a knob of butter in a pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook over very low heat until the egg is set. Once the egg has set in the middle, flip it and let the omelet set for another 1-2 minutes on the other side. Serve hot with Arabic bread.
