Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 120 g cheese (Landdamer)
- 4 eggs
- 1 large onion(s)
- 4 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly arugula
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Breakfast
Cut the cheese into small strips, whisk the eggs, and mix them with the cheese. Dice the onion and sauté it with the pine nuts in a pan with oil. Add the eggs and cheese and let it set. Stir lightly, then season with salt and pepper. Arrange the arugula on the plate, drizzle with a little oil, and serve with the scrambled eggs. Tip: Serve sliced tomatoes seasoned with salt and pizza seasoning as a side dish.
