- 250 g crab
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ketchup
- some parsley, chopped
- 2 large tomatoes
- salt and pepper

Tomatoes stuffed with crab
First, halve the tomatoes and hollow them out. Then, in a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with a teaspoon of ketchup, then add salt, pepper, and finely chopped parsley. Then, carefully fold the shrimp into the sauce and stuff the tomatoes into the hollowed-out tomatoes. Tip: Garnish the finished dish with a paper umbrella, lettuce leaves, and chives.
