Aromatic tomato salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 vine tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • 10 olives, pitted
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper, each

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and slice them thinly. Wash the basil. Remove the leaves from the stems and slice them. Peel and slice the onion. Mix the two vinegars with salt and pepper and drizzle with the oil. Arrange the salad in a small bowl. Toss the tomatoes, onions, and olives with the salad dressing and sprinkle with the basil.
