Aronia berry muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g fine oat flakes
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 300 g berries (aronia berries)
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 180 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the aronia berries. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and oats in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, and sour cream. Stir in the flour mixture and carefully fold in the well-drained aronia berries. Grease a muffin tin or use baking cups. Pour the batter evenly into the holes. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
