Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g quark
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 handful of aronia berries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the quark with the milk, chokeberries, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the banana in small pieces and puree everything with a hand blender (about 2 minutes) until smooth and creamy. Then pour into dessert glasses and enjoy. Alternatively, the dessert can also be prepared in a blender.
