Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 artichoke hearts
- butter
- 100g Gorgonzola
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 small onion(s), very finely chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- salt and pepper
- wine, white
- Sugar
Instructions

Tapas
Heat the butter in a pan, not allowing it to get too hot. Lightly brown the artichoke hearts on all sides, then remove from the pan and season lightly with salt and pepper. Keep warm. Sauté the onions and garlic in the pan, then add the cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Gradually stir in the Gorgonzola until a creamy sauce forms. Season to taste with the spices and white wine. Serve with warm baguette.
