Arugula cheese cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 125 g arugula
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, I gradually chop all the arugula in a blender. It doesn’t work with an immersion blender. When the arugula only takes up a small portion of the container, I add the diced feta cheese. I then blend everything on high until everything is nicely chopped and blended. I then add a little olive oil and continue blending. I carefully add just enough olive oil until the cream reaches the desired consistency. Refrigerate the cream until ready to serve. Enjoy on bread, under rice salad, or on its own with a spoon.
