Arugula salad with peas and apples

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ bunch arugula
  • 200 g peas (frozen)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thaw the peas. Peel, core, and dice the apples. Mix them with the peas and arugula. Stir in a little lemon juice. Combine the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar and stir into the salad.
