Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 1 handful of currants
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 oranges
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

tastes better than it looks

Roughly chop all ingredients and then puree in a blender. Caution: Red (berries) and green (arugula) unfortunately result in a muddy brown. So, the color isn’t particularly appealing, but the flavor and all the goodness in it makes up for it, I think.
