Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 25 g arugula
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fruit vinegar (mango, strawberry, raspberry, etc.)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 100 g yogurt
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the arugula and pat it dry, then either chop it finely or shred it. Add all the other ingredients and mix. It’s truly delicious and goes well with many salads, including arugula salad itself. Tip: Optionally, you can add a dash of Tabasco.
