Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g jacket potatoes, diced
  • 1 endive salad, cut into strips
  • 4 herring fillets, diced
  • 1 onion(s), grated
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ¼ bunch parsley, chopped
  • ¼ bunch chives, chopped
  • ¼ bunch dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cologne cuisine

Place the potatoes, endive, and herring fillets in a bowl. Combine the vinegar, oil, onion, pepper, and sugar, carefully stir into the salad, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Mix the herbs with the sour cream and pour over the salad.
