Asia Fish Pan

The perfect asia fish pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 180 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 400 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 50 g Glass noodles
  • 300 g Fresh fish fillet
  • 1 tsp Red curry paste
  • Asia wok spice
  1. Heat coconut milk with curry paste, season with Asian wok spices to taste
  2. Dice the paprika, dice the fish fillet (I had salmon), drain the mung bean sprouts
  3. Put the pepper cubes in the hot sauce and let it steam.After 10 minutes add the mugo bean sprouts and the fish fillet cubes and let them steep for another 5 minutes
  4. Break or cut glass noodle in the last 2 minutes of cooking time
