Asia Fish Pan
The perfect asia fish pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Red peppers
- 180 g Mung bean sprouts
- 400 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
- 50 g Glass noodles
- 300 g Fresh fish fillet
- 1 tsp Red curry paste
- Asia wok spice
- Heat coconut milk with curry paste, season with Asian wok spices to taste
- Dice the paprika, dice the fish fillet (I had salmon), drain the mung bean sprouts
- Put the pepper cubes in the hot sauce and let it steam.After 10 minutes add the mugo bean sprouts and the fish fillet cubes and let them steep for another 5 minutes
- Break or cut glass noodle in the last 2 minutes of cooking time
