Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
- 2 tbsp miso paste, light
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp water, hot
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegan and quick to prepare
Thoroughly mix all the dressing ingredients. If the dressing is a bit too thick, simply add a little more water. Halve the cucumber and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Finely grate the cucumber and mix with the dressing. Garnish with chili flakes and sesame seeds.
