Clean and chop the mushrooms. Wash the leek and bell pepper, cut the bell pepper into fine strips and the leek into thin rings. Wash the sprouts and drain well. Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry, cut into small cubes, and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken cubes until browned all over. Add the vegetables and mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes. Season everything with soy sauce and sambal oelek and let cool. Roll out the pizza dough thinly on a lightly floured surface into a 40 x 50 cm rectangle and then cut into 10 rectangles of 10 x 20 cm. Separate the egg. Brush the edges of the dough with egg white. Place the filling on the bottom half of the dough rectangles, fold the unfilled side over, and press the edges firmly together. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
