Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 400 g minute steak(s) of beef
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. chili salt
  • e.g. Sweet Chili Sauce
  • e.g. soy sauce

Break the spaghetti in half and cook according to the package instructions. Clean the spring onions, finely chop the white part and cut the green part into thin rings. Set both aside separately. Finely chop the garlic and finely slice the bell pepper. Cut the meat into small, thin strips. Briefly sauté the white part of the spring onions and the garlic in oil. Add the meat and fry, then add the bell pepper and season with pepper, salt, and chili. Now add the honey and caramelize briefly, then deglaze with soy sauce. Add a little sweet chili sauce and let everything simmer slightly. Add some of the finely sliced ​​spring onions and toss briefly. Then drain the noodles and add them to the pan. Toss everything together, plate up, and serve garnished with the remaining spring onion rings.
