Asian-inspired white wine punch

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) lemongrass
  • 40 g fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon(s), organic
  • 60 g sugar
  • 500 ml white wine
  • Lemon(s), (slices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the lemongrass. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice. Combine the prepared ingredients with the sugar and white wine in a saucepan and heat to a simmer, but do not boil. Let the wine liquor steep for about 10 minutes. Strain through a sieve and immediately serve in warmed glasses. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
