that doesn’t taste good either – fish fans

Thaw the salmon fillets and drizzle with lemon juice. Make a marinade with soy sauce, honey, and sambal oelek (these instructions are approximate; I always adjust to taste). Brush the fish fillets with the marinade and let them marinate for 2 hours. Then either fry them slowly in a little oil or cook them in the oven at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes. I got this recipe from a friend who previously hated fish. The marinade takes away the fishy flavor from the salmon, so this recipe is perfect for those who don’t like fish. But even I, who loves fish, find this version delicious. We usually serve it with wild rice and mixed salad.
