Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 3 carrots
- 750 g vegetables (Asian vegetable mix)
- 1 can coconut milk, unsweetened
- n. B. Seasoning salt (Asian seasoning salt)
- 250 g mie noodles
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
With lots of vegetables
Fry the minced meat with the sliced carrots in a wok. When the meat and carrots begin to brown, add the Asian vegetable mix and sauté. Season with Asian seasoning salt and pour in the coconut milk. Soften the mie noodles in hot water for 4 minutes. Drain and stir in.
