Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g mie noodles
- 400 g chicken fillet(s)
- 1 jar vegetable mix, Chinese e.g. Chop Suey
- 2 spring onions, cut into rolls
- 2 carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Soy sauce
- Sambal Oelek
- Paprika powder
- pepper
- curry powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
with chicken
Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized pieces, fry in oil and soy sauce, and season with sambal oelek, paprika, pepper, and curry powder. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, add the spring onions, carrots, and mixed Chinese vegetables to the chicken fillet in the pan. Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Season the dish with soy sauce and other seasonings, if desired.
