Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • some capers

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the tuna thoroughly in a colander. Finely dice the onion. Mash the tuna with a fork, mix with the onion, sour cream, and crème fraîche, and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with red onion rings and capers.
