Asian soup with pork goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pork goulash
  • pepper
  • Himalayan salt
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 small chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 1 small piece(s) of ginger, grated
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh, cleaned, sliced
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 600 g Asian vegetable mix, frozen
  • e.g. water, boiling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Low-carb

Place a pot on the stove and heat. Then add the oil, ginger, chili, meat, pepper, and salt in order, and brown the meat well. Add the mushrooms and cook for a minute, then deglaze with white wine and add the Asian vegetables. Stir and top up with boiling water until just covered. Simmer the soup for 10 minutes and serve.
