Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g spaghetti, thin
- salt water
- 200 g cooked ham
- 2 bunch chives, finely chopped
- 8 tbsp Miracle Whip
- 6 tbsp oil, neutral
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 6 tbsp soy sauce, spicy
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Dice the cooked ham. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste and let stand, ideally overnight. You can also use spring onions instead of chives.
