Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg asparagus, green
- 330 g sausages (chorizo), fresh
- 3 garlic cloves
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp honey (acacia honey)
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash the asparagus and cut into approximately 5 cm pieces. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly, and slice the chorizo. Add the garlic to a pan with oil, fry it with the chorizo pieces, and then add the asparagus pieces. After about 5 minutes, add the acacia honey and let it caramelize (this adds a nice flavor). Finally, deglaze with vegetable stock and simmer gently until the asparagus is tender.
