Ingredients for 1 servings:
- some butter
- 1 slice(s) of brown bread
- 1 slice(s) of cooked ham
- 1 slice(s) Gouda
- mayonnaise
- Pepper from the mill
- 4 stalk(s) asparagus from the jar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Delicious slice of bread
Spread a slice of bread with butter or margarine. Place a slice of cooked ham halfway on the bread. Place 4-6 asparagus spears on top of the ham. Season with mayonnaise and a little freshly ground pepper to taste. Fold the slice of cooked ham over the asparagus and place the cheese on top. Place the bread in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
