Asparagus and kohlrabi salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large kohlrabi
  • 500 g white asparagus
  • 6 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 class jar Miracel Whip balance
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the kohlrabi and asparagus and then boil them until soft. Hard-boil the eggs. Let everything cool and cut into small cubes. Place in a bowl and pour the salad dressing over it. Season with salt and pepper.
