Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 230 g sugar
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 bananas

Bundt cake

Combine yogurt, vanilla sugar, oil, and 200g sugar with a hand mixer. Stir in mineral water to create lots of bubbles. Gradually stir in flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Divide the batter and stir the cocoa powder and remaining sugar into one half. Mash 1 banana until smooth and fold into the batter. First, pour the light batter into a greased baking pan, place the sliced ​​second banana on top, and pour in the dark batter. Bake at 175°C (convection oven) for about 60 minutes. Decorate to taste.
